What Our Warranty Covers
Our 1-year warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This applies to both mechanical watches (manual or automatic) and quartz models. If your watch experiences functional issues related to our restoration work, we’ll repair it free of charge during the warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not include damage from accidental impact, misuse, water exposure (unless specifically rated), or unauthorized repairs. Regular wear and tear—such as strap aging, scratches, or battery depletion—is also excluded, in line with standard industry practice.
