Lanco, Cal. FHF 82, Men’s Manual Wind Vintage Watch, 1971

A vertically textured silver dial and broad radially brushed bezel distinguish this 1971 Lanco. The two finishes give the compact 34 mm watch more surface detail than its simple baton display first suggests. Angular lugs frame the round case, while Cal. FHF 82 supplies manual winding. A new black leather strap is fitted.

Vertical Dial Texture and Baton Display

Applied rectangular markers sit against the vertically patterned silver surface. Lanco is signed below 12, with 17 Rubis and Incabloc above 6. Patina and small age-related marks remain visible on the dial.

Straight baton hour and minute hands follow the markers’ simple geometry. A central seconds hand completes the display, leaving the textured surface visible between the hour positions.

Radially Brushed Bezel and Angular Lugs

The broad bezel has a radial brushed finish around the dial opening. Sharply shaped lugs extend the traditional round case, which measures 34 mm across and 36 mm lug to lug. The strap connection is 18 mm.

Normal wear remains, particularly on the lugs and case edges. A fluted crown sits at 3 o’clock. The caseback is signed Lanco and carries Stainless Steel Back and Swiss Made markings. The steel designation applies to the back; the material of the rest of the case is unspecified.

FHF 82 with Incabloc

The Swiss FHF 82 is a 17-jewel hand-wound movement with Incabloc shock protection. It powers hours, minutes and central seconds, with regular winding through the crown.

New Black Strap and Original Components

The new black leather strap has a simple textured surface and an adjustable fit. It is a replacement accessory, separate from the original watch components.
