Technos, Cal. 1100, Men’s Manual Wind Vintage Watch, 1957

A black numeral ring surrounds the aged beige center of this Swiss Technos from 1957. Copper-toned hands add warmth, while long pointed lugs and visible exterior wear give the 33 mm watch a sharply defined profile. Cal. 1100 provides manual winding and central seconds. A textured black Vetta leather strap continues the watch’s dark outer dial color.

Two-Tone Dial and Copper-Toned Hands

Full Arabic numerals from 1 to 12 occupy the black outer ring, surrounding the beige central field. A fine minute track with five-minute numerals adds another scale around the edge. The dial carries Technos, 17 Rubis, Waterproof, Incabloc and Swiss Made inscriptions.

Speckling, patina and age-related marks remain visible on the surface. The hour, minute and central seconds hands have a warm copper or rose-gold tone, with visible aging and oxidation that remain consistent with the dial’s worn appearance.

Long Angular Lugs and Exterior Wear

The case measures 33 mm across and 40 mm lug to lug, with an 18 mm strap connection. Sharply extended lugs end in points, giving the case a longer outline than the diameter alone suggests.

Scratches, edge wear and brassing remain visible around the bezel, lugs and case sides. A ridged silver-tone crown sits at 3 o’clock. It is unsigned, with no external logo visible.

Swiss Cal. 1100

The Swiss Cal. 1100 is a 17-jewel manual-wind movement powering the central hour, minute and seconds display. Incabloc provides shock protection. The historical Waterproof dial inscription is retained as a period marking, without a current water-resistance guarantee.

Textured Vetta Strap and Serviced Condition

The black Vetta leather strap has a strongly grained surface and a visible gold Vetta marking on its underside. Its 18 mm width follows the lugs. The strap’s age and originality are unspecified.

The watch retains its original watch components and is fully serviced and fully operational. Its dial patina, oxidized hands and worn case remain disclosed. A 12-month warranty is included.
